Wood Louver

The TitanTek Wood Louver System is an accent system that brings together the aesthetics and function of wood louvers with the durability and lasting finish of metal. Available in standard sizes of 2″x 2″, 2″x 4″, and 2″x 6″ (custom sizes available) in lengths up to 20 feet.

MechSeam 200 Panel

The MechSeam 200 Panel is the preferred panel for low sloped and/or structural applications. This panel has been designed and tested to meet the most demanding of performance requirements. Superior wind uplift resistance can be achieved with the double lock seam profile.

SnapSeam 100 Panel

The SnapSeam 100 Panel is a cost-effective concealed fastener panel with a continuous integral locking seam that does not require the use of separate clips.

SnapSeam 175 Panel

The SnapSeam 175 Panel is one of the industry’s most popular panel profile options. The snap lock seam provides a faster installation without compromising seam integrity and strength.

Exposed Fastener Systems

The TitanTek 7.2 Corrugated Panel features a heavy-duty, structural design well suited for both roof and wall applications. Featuring exposed fasteners and wide coverage.

7.2 Concealed Fastener Panel

The TitanTek 7.2 CF panels combine the popular 7.2 profile with the aesthetic of concealed fasteners. This heavy-duty, structural design is ideal for both roof and wall applications, accommodating both horizontal and vertical siding installation.

Board and Batten Panel

he TitanTek Board and Batten panel seamlessly combines timeless design aesthetics with modern technology, making it the ultimate exterior metal siding solution. The Board and Batten panel is secured with the TitanTek VariPanel attachment for clean.

TSP-12 Panel

The TitanTek TSP-12 panel is designed for horizontal applications and emulates a traditional vinyl or wood siding profile. TitanTek’s one-piece connection design allows for simple and easy installation without brackets.

Frequently Asked Questions:

What are metal siding panels used for?

Metal siding panels are used to cover and protect the exterior or interior walls of a building. They help shield the structure from weather exposure while giving it a clean and modern appearance.

Is modern metal siding resistant to rust?

Most modern metal siding panels are manufactured using coated steel that helps resist corrosion and surface damage in normal environmental conditions.

How long does metal building siding last?

With proper installation and basic maintenance, metal building siding can last for several decades depending on environmental conditions and coating type.

How do interior metal wall panels compare to traditional wall finishes like drywall or wood?

Interior metal wall panels offer a modern, durable alternative. Unlike drywall, metal panels provide enhanced impact resistance and long-term durability, making them ideal for high-traffic commercial environments. Compared to wood, interior metal panels resist warping, moisture damage, and maintenance-related concerns while maintaining clean, consistent lines. In addition, metal wall panels allow for custom finishes, colors, and profiles that create a contemporary aesthetic with minimal upkeep over time.

Are exterior metal wall panels energy efficient?

Yes, exterior metal wall panels can contribute to overall building energy efficiency when properly integrated into a wall assembly. Metal panels can be paired with continuous insulation systems to reduce thermal bridging and improve overall thermal performance. Additionally, high-performance finishes can reflect solar radiation, helping regulate surface temperatures and support energy-saving design strategies.

What is the difference between interior and exterior metal wall panels?

Exterior metal wall panels are installed on the outer surface of a building to protect it from weather. Interior metal wall panels are used inside buildings for partitions or wall finishes where durability and easy cleaning are important.

Can different metal wall panel styles be combined on one building?

Yes, different profiles and finishes can be combined to create visual contrast or highlight specific architectural features.
